Danila Stepanov is a young cinematographer born in 1998 in Cannes, France.
He began his journey by making music videos and taking pictures with analog cameras. He is a big fan of classic cinema — the kind of films that tell human stories and reveal the destinies of real people. A hardworking and deeply thoughtful person, he sometimes forgets to enjoy the process — driven by his desire to create a breathtaking film. He wants the viewer to truly live the story: to feel sadness, to worry deeply, to fall in love just like the main character. And when the credits roll, they will sit for a few minutes, still thinking about their own life.

He graduated from the Russian State University of Cinematography named after Litovchin. At the age of 24, he made his first feature film, and since then he has worked on projects in countries such as Russia, Thailand, and Spain.

His works have been shown at multiple festivals all around the world like: Lucania Film Festival (Italy), Francigena Film Festival (Italy), GoEast Festival (Germany), Mayak and LEFF (Russia). Feature Film "The Plague" was screening in the most famous cinemas in Russia (more than 80 all around the country).

He is fluent in Russian and English, as well as being proficient in Spanish.
Now he is based in Madrid, Spain but world wide open.
Looking for people to create beautifull worlds.
